Shipping Within Australia

Please bear in mind your jewellery is made to order. Orders will be shipped as soon they are finished . Standard and Express Shipping Options are available for Australian Customers. Tracking information will be issued once your item has been dispatched.

International shipping

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $32 per order through Australia Post. Tracking information will be issued once your item has been dispatched.

Returns & Repairs

Return Policy

Please choose carefully as refund or exchange is not available due to change of mind or due to the incorrect size being selected at time of purchase. Exchanges and store credit may be offered within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like help choosing your size or would like a personalised consultation before making a purchase please get in touch. If your item is faulty or damaged you may be eligible for a return, replacement or repair.

Repair Service

If your item is in need of some love please send it back for a free repair. All you need to do is include a prepaid, self addressed postage satchel with your item so I can post it back to you.

Please note the free repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to accident, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for. We do understand life happens though and are happy to offer an affordable repair option for those pieces that are not eligible for free repair.

Resizing and Alterations

Opps, you ordered the wrong size, for a small fee you can have your item resized where possible.
